Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the PUEBLO DE COCHITI ROADRUNNER ROAD AND TURQUOISE STREET IMPROVEMENTS will be received by Pueblo of Cochiti, at #255 Cochiti Street, P.O. Box 70, Cochiti Pueblo, NM 87072 until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), May 16th 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description:  This project consists of full-depth reconstruction of Roadrunner Road, Turquoise Street, and Coyote Road. This construction will include new walking paths, drainage improvements and speed tables.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the issuing office of the ENGINEER, Souder, Miller & Associates, 5454 Venice Avenue NE, Suite D, Albuquerque, NM 87113, upon payment of $100.00 for each set.  Any BIDDER, upon returning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS in good and complete condition within 30 calendar days of bid opening, will be refunded $100.00.
