Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Santa Clara Pueblo Wastewater System Improvements – Southern Service Area Expansion Phase II will be received by Souder, Miller & Associates, Attn: Paul Kennedy, P.E. at 2904 Rodeo Park Drive East, Building 100, Santa Fe, NM 87505 until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Wednesday, February 5, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Project Description: This project consists of the installation of approximately 4,400 LF of 8-inch SDR 35 and 1,611 LF of 8-inch PVC C900 gravity sewer with 22 manholes. Trench dewatering will be required for a portion of the installation, and there is a 160 LF jack and bore road crossing with 16-inch casing pipe. Sewer service will be extended to nine (9) existing homes and tribal buildings currently using individual septic systems by installing approximately 1,645 LF of 4-inch PVC SDR-26 sewer service lines, including cleanouts. Existing septic tanks for the nine homes and buildings will be pumped empty, demolished, filled and abandoned.

Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to the Owner, identified above.
Resident Contractor and Resident Veteran Contractor Preferences shall apply to this Project per Section 13-1-21 NMSA 1978 (as amended).
Indian Preference shall apply per Owner’s procurement requirements.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held at 578 Kee Street, Santa Clara Pueblo, NM on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 1:30 P.M.
