NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

Competitive sealed bids will be received by Souder, Miller & Associates, Attention: Marty Howell,

P.E. at 3500 Sedona Hills Parkway, Las Cruces, NM 88011 until June 16th, 2020 , 2:00 p.m. at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud, for

 

The Town of Hagerman Wastewater Treatment System Improvements Project IFB No. 041820 Project No.: CDBG  #17-C-RS-I-01-G-13.

 

Project: Improvements will consist of 3,680 linear feet of 6" force main; one 200 gpm irrigation pump; one center pivot irrigation system; grading and preparation of discharge area; move of 6,806 cy of sludge from Cells 3, 4 and 6 to Cell 5; final grading of Cells 4 and 6; install 342,600 sf of new HDPE
liner; new electrical service; and installation of one monitoring well.

 

In accordance with the guidance from public health officials, the official bid opening will be conducted at 3500 Sedona Hills Parkway, Las Cruces, NM 88011 at 2:00 p.m. on June 16th, 2020.

 

In response to the COVID-19 situation, the bid opening will only be conducted via webinar and conference call number and will not physically be open to the public. Those interested in attending may do so by the webinar link or conference number below.
