SMA Wins Ruidoso Master Plan Documents Evaluation Project

Souder, Miller & Associates (SMA) has been awarded the contract for the Village of Ruidoso's Master Plan Documents Evaluation project. The scope of the project includes project administration and management; data collection, compilation, and review; developing an online dashboard; and a project summary report.
