Village of Ruidoso Raw Water Cost Analysis Win

Souder, Miller & Associates has been selected to perform an analysis of the Village of Ruidoso Eagle Creek Water Production System to ultimately determine a Raw Water Cost per 1,000 gallons for sale. Services will include an analysis of the applicable Eagle Creek Water Production facilities to determine the yearly requirement for asset rehabilitation or replacement cost; operation, maintenance and repair costs; electrical cost for production; costs associated with water rights; water monitoring costs associated with water from Forest Service land; and other applicable costs. These costs will be determined and compared to the total raw water production volume per year from these facilities to calculate the Raw Water cost per 1,000 gallons.
